Im looking for 1 or 2 Investors for my Invention

I have an Invention but I need funding in the amount of $4000 to hire Invention Home to purchase their Premium Portfolio Package- cost $3905. Im willing to give up 20% of any Royalties I receive plus if a company should want to buy my Patent outright I will give a Investor 10% of any cash I receive from that company.
